Throughout my career in healthcare, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand how challenging the transition from a hospital or rehabilitation facility back into the community can be.

While discharge often represents an important milestone, it doesn't always mean the challenges are over. For many individuals and families, it's the beginning of an entirely new set of responsibilities.

That understanding has shaped my vision for Chase Home Care.

I founded this agency with the belief that quality home care should extend beyond simply assisting someone with their daily activities. It should recognize the individual's circumstances, respect their independence, and provide families with dependable support during some of life's most difficult transitions.

As we continue developing our focus on individuals living with 

traumatic brain injuries and other complex functional needs, my goal is to build an organization that approaches care with greater intention, consistency, and understanding.

I want Chase Home Care to be known not simply for the services we provide, but for the thoughtfulness behind how we provide them.

We're building something that I believe can make a meaningful difference in the Richmond community, and I look forward to the opportunity to earn the trust of the individuals and families we serve.
